PO must state Emergency/Storm Order
Specify preferred shipping method: Next day air (provide shipping account information), dedicated truck or direct factory shipment
Shipping location and terms: prepay plant, destination or collect
Receiving contact name and phone number
Federal Tax ID number (required for shipments direct out of Mexico)
