Waldek Gardzielewski
Waldek Gardzielewski is vice president, Total Quality and Continuous Improvement for Eaton, a global intelligent power management company.
In this role, Waldek is responsible for setting the strategy for Eaton’s quality and continuous improvement functions, which includes planning, directing, and guiding the activities and resources of the company’s quality management and continuous improvement teams, and providing functional expertise and leadership to deliver consistent, repeatable, and sustainable processes that drive performance excellence, cost savings, and total customer satisfaction.
Waldek joined Eaton in 2000 and has held roles of increasing responsibility including vice president, Manufacturing, Vehicle Group North America, director, business development, Vehicle Group North America, director of Operations, Vehicle Group EMEA, plant manager, Tczew, Poland and others. Most recently, Waldek served as general manager, Eaton-Cummins joint venture. He brings extensive experience in the areas of general management, operations leadership, and supply chain management.
Waldek holds a master’s and engineering degree in production management from Technical University in Gdansk, Poland, and a master’s degree in business administration from the Erasmus School of Management in Rotterdam, Netherlands.
