Matthew Hockman is president, Global Energy Infrastructure Solutions for Eaton’s Electrical Sector, based in Syracuse, New York. Matt is responsible for the global organization, the world leader in providing safe, reliable, and efficient energy enablement of the electrical infrastructure.
Prior to this role, Matt was senior vice president and general manager for the Power Distribution and Control Assemblies Division within the America’s region of Eaton’s Electrical Sector. In his more than 25 years with Eaton, he has taken on roles of increasing responsibility in field sales, sales management, product division marketing, product line management, plant management and operations.
Matt earned a bachelor’s degree in business economics from North Dakota State University and attended the international business program at The Hanzehogeschool, Groningen, Netherlands.
Matt serves as an executive sponsor of the Women Adding Value at Eaton (WAVE) iERG. He is involved in support of The Wounded Warriors Foundation, is a member of The Global GM Talent Council and is an ESFI Board Member.
