My journey at Eaton has been extremely rewarding, with multiple opportunities for personal and professional growth. Over the course of the past 12 years, I have had the privilege of being based out of multiple countries (India, China & Singapore), working in different business units (Corporate, Hydraulics & Filtration) across various functions (marketing, planning, business development, and more recently sales).

I have been very fortunate to work with exceptional leaders who are not just passionate about the work they do, but also guiding the team to ensure we are given the opportunity to grow. Each of them helped me develop different skill sets, ranging from strategic planning to effective presentation and communication skills. 

There have been many defining moments throughout my time here, but one that I hold close to my heart is my decision to take up the role of Business Planning Manager at the regional headquarters in Shanghai, China.

At that time, I was just 1.5 years into my first role at Eaton which was with the Industrial Business Development team. I would have never envisioned the magnitude of growth the role offered when I made the move. Looking back, it is one of the best decisions I’ve made in my career.
