What about your work at Eaton resonates the most with you?

Collaboration is really important to me and I enjoy being able to work closely with my colleagues and team members. In a sector like ours that involves the running of critical infrastructure, teamwork is central to any success, and having this collaborative, supportive culture at Eaton is what motivates me.   

What do you love most about your job?

Working with my team has been a meaningful experience as I am constantly learning from my seniors and colleagues. I enjoy the team spirit that has been cultivated in the Singapore office and am grateful for the growth opportunities I have been given.

What is most important to you when it comes to delivering seamless experiences for customers

When we work with our customers, we enter each relationship as partners, and like any successful partnership, it’s crucial to start with a good understanding of your partner’s needs and expectations. This is a constantly evolving process to find out how we can continue to improve not only the standards of service that we deliver, but also help us better understand how our solutions are being used. 

What are the key characteristics that define Eaton’s approach to customer service?

Our commitment to our partners’ success has helped Eaton build a reputation of being a reliable power management company with great credibility. Over the years, this would not have been possible without our teams who have always strived to deliver their best - each time ensuring that the best team with the right skills is put forward for each job.

Positive, Exciting and Challenging
